Every Brick fan has that one moment when a handful of bricks suddenly transforms into something completely unexpected. That’s exactly how our latest MOC was born. Today, I’m excited to introduce a creation we proudly call the BAT Mobile. A compact, bat-inspired vehicle built entirely from leftover bricks, creativity, and a whole lot of imagination. This isn’t the Batmobile you see in the movies.
This is our version, a mysterious black-and-grey mini-machine that looks like it could swoop through Gotham at any moment.

The Beginning of the Build – When Bricks Decide Their Own Destiny
It started as a simple idea:
“Let’s build something that looks like a bat… but also feels like a vehicle… and maybe even a little spaceship!”
With that challenge in mind, we gathered a mix of black, grey, and translucent pieces and began experimenting. One wing here, a slope piece there, before we knew it, the silhouette of a bat started to appear. And just like that, the BAT Mobile began to take shape.
As the build continued, it felt like the model had its own personality. Every new brick added a bit more attitude, sharper wings, a longer nose, and a meaner front detail. It was as if the vehicle was saying, “I’m not just here to fly… I’m here to protect!”
Design Highlights – What Makes the BAT Mobile So Unique
- The Bat Wings
The wide, angled wings give the build its signature look. They fold slightly downward, making the whole model feel like it’s gliding in the dark.
- Twin “Bat Ear” Fins
On top, two tall fins rise like bat ears, giving the model a bold, heroic shape. This was not planned, the bricks practically demanded it.
- Sleek Black-Grey Color Theme
We picked dark colours to keep the mysterious vibe. The mix of slopes and flat plates helps the build look fast, stealthy, and sharp.
- The Front Nose + Red Light
At the front is a long, narrow nose ending in a single red piece, perfect for a laser sensor, night-vision scanner, or high-beam tracker.
How It Came Together – The Fun Behind the MOC
The BAT Mobile wasn’t designed all at once. It actually changed direction several times:
- First it looked like a spaceship
- Then it looked like a glider
- THEN it looked like a creature
And eventually… we embraced all three.
That’s the fun of MOCs, you never know what the final build will be until the very last piece clicks into place.
What surprised us most is how alive the model looks when viewed from the front. It has a personality, almost like a guardian bat ready for patrol.
Closer Look at the Build
Here’s the actual BAT Mobile from our build session:

In person, it looks even more dynamic. The wings feel strong and the front detail gives it a powerful look. It’s one of those builds you can keep turning around in your hands, noticing a new angle or shape every time.
What’s Next? More MOCs Are Coming!
The BAT Mobile is just one of many builds we’re working on. Our sessions always lead to new ideas, creatures, vehicles, mini machines, and sometimes things that don’t even have names yet. If you enjoy fun, creative builds like this, stay tuned. We’ll be posting more MOCs, more stories, and maybe even a few building tips.
